The Annual Meeting Proxy and Ballot document on this portal is used for the election of ten insurance company members to serve on the MPIUA Board of Directors for a one-year term commencing on the annual membership meeting date.

Votes will not be accepted after the Voting Cutoff Date. Portal users will be notified that the deadline has passed when they log in.

Please complete the proxy and ballot as instructed. Member Insurers are identified by their NAIC Company Code. (Certain Member Insurers under a common parent company may vote collectively as one group and are identified by their NAIC Group Code.)
